PERFORMANCES:
Performances will be as listed on the website:
First weekend: Saturday, May 24 at 1 and 4 pm, Cast A.
Sunday, May 25 at 1 and 4 pm, Cast B.
Second weekend: Saturday, May 31 at 1 and 4 pm, Cast B.
Sunday, Jun 1 at 1 and 4 pm, Cast A.
School shows: School shows are being offered on Wednesday (Cast A) and Thursday (Cast B), May 29 and May 30 in the morning. We do not know how many tickets will be sold yet, so one or both could potentially be cancelled; however, we do not expect to cancel either day.
If your child cannot make an assigned performance, contact the parent from the other cast for that character to see if they can switch performances.
IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE SHOW WEEKENDS. If a child playing the same part from the other cast gets sick, your child may have to go on.
FACEBOOK GROUP:
Like we did last year, we have started a Facebook page for the show. This is a private group and can only be viewed by the members. You must have a Facebook account and request permission to join the group.

Unlike last year, this page will be for Susan to post information for the group. Please do not post questions or respond to posts.
If you have a question or need to communicate something, email Jane at projects@mccc.edu. In your email state:

REHEARSALS AND SCRIPTS:
YOUR CHILD MUST BE IN THE REHERSAL ROOM ON TIME FOR REHEARSAL.
If you have something you need to discuss with me, the best thing to do is to arrive at the weekday rehearsal 10 minutes early.
I will be editing the scripts based on the read-through we are doing this week. The final scripts will be handed out on Saturday. The entire script will be available to download from the Tomato Patch Jr. webpage. Jane will also send the entire script by email to the entire cast.
